This is a corporate psychology test used by many human resource departments in many major companies to get a better insight into their employees and perspective employees and you were not supposed to see it. I have to say I was skeptical but it is accurate with everyone I have seen take it, including myself. A good friend shared it with me and I thought it was too good not to pass on. Please record your score and comments in the comment section. I scored a 37 and was amazed at my category. Have fun with it.

Now add up your points and see what category you fit into.
OVER 60 POINTS: Others see you as someone they should “handle with care.” You’re seen as vain, self-centered, and extremely dominant. Others may admire you, wishing they could be more like you, but don’t always trust you, hesitating to become too deeply involved with you.
51 TO 60 POINTS: Others see you as an exciting, highly volatile, rather impulsive personality, a natural al leader, who’s quick to make decisions, though not always the right ones. They see you as bold and adventuresome, someone who will try anything once, and someone who takes chances and enjoys an adventure. They enjoy being in your company because of the excitement you radiate.
41 TO 50 POINTS: Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting, someone who’s constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding, someone who’ll always cheer them up and help them out.
31 TO 40 POINTS: Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who’s extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expects the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you, realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over if that trust is ever broken.
21 TO 30 POINTS: Your friends see you as painstaking and fussy. They see you as very cautious, extremely careful, a slow and steady plodder. It would really surprise them if you ever did something impulsively or on the spur of the moment, expecting you to examine everything carefully from every angle and then, usually decide against it. They think this reaction is caused partly by your careful nature.
UNDER 21 POINTS: People think you are shy, nervous, and indecisive, someone who needs looking after, who always wants someone else to make the decisions and who doesn’t want to get involved with anyone or anything! They see you as a worrier who always sees problems that don’t exist. Some people think you’re boring. Only those who know you well know that you aren’t.
Be sure and share your score below. Is this your personality? I’ll bet it is pretty close.

Thanks Tim – That was fun. I weighed in at 45 point and that means I’m “fresh”. Ha!
See Justin, I told you it was acurate. You are “fresh”. Thanks for sharing your number.
Tim, I got 44.
Interesting: 42….seems to be a good reflection….cool stuff.
I like this! I scored a 50 🙂
Are you going to use the results against me? Only kidding, I’m sure I’ll pass! Speak with you later.
So, Rob, what was your score? Mine is 37.
I got a 45–looks like I’m right there in the middle & not nuts.
45
45… Quick and easy general analysis. Glad it didn’t reveal all of the negatives associated with the score! Thanks for posting this, Tim.
Fun Blog Tim oh I am a 43
Thanks I came in at 35
I was a 42 and I think that is really how I see myself also
Thanks
42 – very accurate hmm
45…
It is kind of scary isn’t Michelle? Thanks for sharing!
I came in right at 40. Very interesting, and accurate!
It is interesting that all of us so far seemed to group scores in the middle range-neither one extreme or another, but enough differences to highlight specific personality differences in our approach to people. I was at 39, but on some of the questions, none of the answers truly reflected my response, so I had to choose the closest option.
yes Tim it is
I scored 48 and feel friends and clients would feel it accurate. I’ve always found personality tests fasinating – this is no exception.
Nice 48! Thanks for the post.
I have been through so many of the personality profiles for job postings….often attached to the applications themselves. What disturbs me is that HR departments use them somewhat like test scores in school as if there is some sort of bell curve for adaptability, learning, growing, changing. The people evaluating the results haven’t the Psychology background to truly understand that this is a range of emotion and reaction, not an absolute. They do not understand how the test was constructed nor how to truly use results as a viable tool, preferring raw numbers alone. These are often used as eliminators prior to an interview, when they are meant to be used in conjunction with a face to face encounter. Ideally, an interviewer can phrase questions and hypothetical situations to verify the score results and confirm abilities. Instead they are used to discount applicants without a personal meeting. At one point, I worked in the psychology department as an assistant to the department chair. I often helped type and collate profiles such as this. Each profile is designed to cover a specific classification of skills/personality combination, but yet they are being used universally, and are usually so generic and limited that they have no real validity. True personality profiles consist of hundreds of questions, some of which are subtly different, but yet are virtually the same. These are interspersed throughout the survey to measure consistency of the trait over multiple scenarios. If you understand how these things are constructed, you can convince an HR person that you can walk on water by carefully watching for the “flags”. Also, one has to be wary of absolutes-“always, never” -are usually trigger questions. If they make you uncomfortable, they should because nobody behaves identically across all situations.
Suzan, you just confirmed to me why I left corporate America 20 years ago to be self employed. I would have never even thought about using the test that way, I viewed it as a leadership tool, not management tool. It is possible to lead people and manage tasks, but impossible to manage people, but I digress. I see it as knowing the type of employee or subagent and what makes them tick as a useful tool to leading them to a common vision. I do agree 10 questions cannot predict a person’s total personality, but you must admit, this test is pretty darn close. Thank you for sharing.
Fairly accurate, I guess, although I have to agree with Suzan above and some of the other bloggers who commented. What does it really tell you about the individual? Is there a specific slot for each number score, and is it truly accurate?
Still, very interesting. Wondering if anyone who scored 60 would admit to it?
Thanks Tim.
Peter, I don’t believe this is a test for brain surgeons and rocket scientists. I believe it could be used as a tool to deal with certain types of people. I wrote about it, because I found it fun and interesting. I appreciate you sharing your comments very much. I am not sure anyone would admit 60 or 21. I do find it interesting that financial and insurance people all are reporting scores within the same categories.
43. Sounds about right.
44, sounds like me 🙂 looks like we are all in the same catagory here
Got 44.
49….feels fine to me
Insider knowledge…..these tests can have great validity and usefulness when used to assess those who are already successful in your organization, to highlight personality traits contribute to their ease of learning, adaptabililty, teamwork, ethics. You can then measure an engineering candidate against the raw scores of one of your successful engineers and have a nice measure of how the folks might fit into your corporate structure and culture. However, the same evaluation would need a totally different score reference if you were hiring somebody to work as an administrative assistant to the CFO. The best of your team will not necessarily deliver a high raw score, but the combination of traits, beliefs and characteristics combined is what makes them successful in their area of expertise. These scores cannot be generalized across all job titles, or you are in danger of comparing Apples to Oranges to Mule Muffins.
fun test and pretty accurate for myself!
Scored a 50 and this sounds about right to me.
31 for me, and I would say it reflects what I percieve.
38 and right on the money…wow
Excelente! 30-40 range
43
I scored 36 and feel this was quite accurate – and quite interesting!
I scored 41 – sounds just like me.
It’s was fun. Thanks.
Thank you Dusan, how did you score? Mine is 37.
39, i.e, perfection, right?
Of course Dusan, we are both perfect! Thank you for sharing.
I was 43. But I don’t want Human Resource categorize people with the test.
Naoko, I beleive it can be a valuable tool if used correctly. I also agree with what you are stating that it can be abused as well. Thank you for sharing.
45, hmmmm
Kevin, I am getting the feeling you disagree with 45?
it’s very costly to train new employees. some people are just not cut out to be in certain industries, so i believe it’s a great tool for companies to use. No point in making both the new hire and the company suffer due to personality conflicts
Tammy, that is a very valid point to consider as well. I really appreciate you sharing that.
Tim, I was a 48…spot on I’d say. Interesting and true to form.
Interesting…..41.
I scored a 47. I believe it is accurate. Nothing is 100%. I have seen many tests over the years and I believe simple is better! Time is the true test!
…a 51…scary how it fits!
I scored a 40,
I scored a 42…
No Tim, it was interesting.
My score was 43 – pretty spot on. Thank you for sharing.
scored 42
I also scored a 42!
Bagged a 41 and I think those who know me best would agree it’s accurate.
36!
“The result is accurately defined…”
49
36
Interesting, I would describe myself exactly as I scored. Just for fun, may ask a few I know, in different settings, to tell me if they agree with the description. I bet I will receive e different answers. Fun exercise….
I scored 53. I feel excite. Haa……
I scored 47 n nervously went to see what it meant but was pleasantly surprised. Fairly accurate assessment. 👍
43
That was interesting. I’ve seen a lot of psychological tests but never anything like this one. I got 42, and I’d say it’s mostly accurate, though I wouldn’t say I’m all that decisive. Thanks for sharing.
I would say that this is close in many areas. A 42 sums it up rather accurately.
44
Very interesting Tim. I scored a 39. Pretty accurate I think. Currently reading a book called The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg. A real eye opener about how most of what we do in life and business is predicted by the habits we have ingrained into our brains and how we can change our results by consciously ingraining new habits into our minds. I would recommend this book for anyone in sales. Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
Wayne, I will check that book out. Thanks for letting me know about it. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family my friend!
